PRESIDENTS MESSAGE: Aloha Neighbors, Thank you for your continued support and cooperation as we move forward with our building repair and painting project. These improvements are an important investment in preserving the beauty of our community. We have completed more than 50% of the project and it clearly shows the value of this long needed restoration. We are asking for your support by voting to approve an amendment that would allow the Association to consider a new fencing material. This will provide the Board fl exibility to select a durable and cost-eff ective fencing option to complement our newly restored buildings. We also appreciate the positive comments received about our new landscaping company. Based on homeowner feedback we made the switch and the new landscaper’s dedication and quality of work have already made a noticeable diff erence in keeping our grounds attractive and well maintained in just 2 months. Mahalo for your patience during these improvement projects and for helping make our community a place we are all proud to call home.
